Ugh. I was awful today…

I had:

Jimmy Johns #10 (though I took off the mayo saving 13 g of fat, and over 200 calories)

TWO pieces of Papa John’s Pizza (though it was veggie, which means nothing… I should have refused… it was free at this presentation I attended… ugh.)

some Kohlrabi

three pickle spears

an orange

a handful of popcorn

and a Ramen cup (brutal)…

I’m super stressed about this Spanish Oral Presentation that I have tomorrow, where I have to speak in Spanish for 5 minutes with no note cards/help. It’s proooobably a pretty good indicator that I’m using food to ‘de-stress’. Yet, it hasn’t helped, because here I am now, stressing about stress eating and feeling like a fatty mcfatkins. TOMORROW I know I’m planning on having pizza (again) and beer with my roommate… Ugh. I’m awful. I need to get back on track… at the same time, I want to tell myself, ‘hey, you’ve been pretty awesome lately; it’s okay to flub a little.’ :/ I still feel like a whale eating another whale, and not the cute twitter fail whale, but a legitimately failing at becoming skinny and beautiful whale.

Weight Watchers: Day #1

here. we. go. 







I made it!

I also found that Diet Coke and my dill pickles are 0 points. 

Similarly, if I want Chipotle or Jimmy Johns, what I order will be a little over half of daily points, so I can make sure to eat lots of 0 point veggies and fruits and power foods to still have a good day. 

I think this diet wins. 

I also think I will win on it. :)







Weight Watchers: The Alcohol

After a bit of researching, I found that Miller Lite is only 3 points for a bottle. 

If I want to bitch it out, I can do a Bacardi Razz for 5 points. 

Sounds like the playoffs in Lambeau will be alright afterall. :D
