Just Desserts

I’ve had a sweet tooth lately, so I’ve been experimenting with some healthier desserts. Here’s what I tried tonight:

Berry Cool Brownie Sundae (5 points)


Strawberries (halved)

Raspberries 

(because these fruits are 0 points, use as many as you like!)

12 tbsp Light Cool Whip Whipped Topping (3 points)

Fiber One Chocolate Brownie (cut into 8 bite size pieces) (2 points)

  1.  Take the bite sized brownie pieces and lay them in the bottom of a bowl. 
  2.  Smooth 5 tbsp of whipped topping on top of the brownies.
  3.  Take the halved strawberries and layer on top of the whipped topping.
  4.  Take 5 tbsp and smooth it over the strawberries.
  5.  Place raspberries on top of the whipped topping layer in a fancy pattern. :)
  6.  Dollop 2 tbsp of whipped topping around the edges of the bowl. 
  7.  Enjoy!
